Christine Kern grew up in Orange County, California, and has spent the last 21 years living in New York City, developing a familiarity with neighborhoods across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and beyond.

Her passion for homes began early, shaped by a family deeply involved in remodeling and renovation projects. Over time, that foundation evolved into a strong eye for design, atmosphere, and the subtle details that make a space feel both functional and deeply inviting.

Before joining Settled New York, Christine worked in the wellness space, leading holistic meditative experiences centered around environment, emotion, and human connection. That background gave her a unique ability to guide people through high-stress transitions with calm, clarity, and intention - skills that naturally translate into the home buying and selling process.
